Sealant :
In polishing and shinning systems, once the BLENDER DYE OVER® has dried, it is recommended to apply 2 layers of FGS Hardener Plus or Lion Hard (allow the first layer to dry before applying the second layer) to give brightness to the color and delay color loss over time.
When BLENDER DYE OVER® is not applied in polishing and shinning systems it is necessary to apply some sealer to delay the loss of color over time. It is suggested to use products of the L & M line as Permaguard SPS or the Blender line as BLENDER BICOMPONENT POLYURETHANE®, BLENDER SEAL ACRYL® 30% o BLENDER SEAL ACRYL® WB.
Do not use the BLENDER DYE OVER® as a final touch in the polishing and shinning concrete process, in any case it can be applied at any step of the polishing and shinning system starting from stone 400 onwards and depending on which step was selected in the process of the system. Preferably it is recommended to apply in the previous step to the last selected, commonly are chosen among the following steps for the final touch: 800, 1500 and 3000.
The use of a sprinkler with fine nozzle in the BLENDER DYE OVER® can ensure uniformity and effectiveness in the application. Spray a layer evenly without creating puddles or over spraying to prevent overspend product or to have a discoloration.
