LastiSeal is a penetrating, eco-friendly, clear, water based sealer formulated to penetrate deep into the substrate (up to 4″) and seal below the surface. It is not a high-gloss membrane sealer. It does not form a surface film, making LastiSeal inherently slip-resistant. LastiSeal waterproofs porous brick, mortar, and concrete by internally filling the pores and capillaries below the surface. It’s like pouring “liquid plastic” into the pores!
