Yes, it’s possible to know the status of your order. To do that, you need to make an account on our website. Once you do that, you will see the history of your previous orders, as well as the status of your current order.

You can cancel an order. only if it hasn’t been dispatched to your address. Once it’s on the way to your location, you can’t cancel it (NO RETURNS). That’s why we recommend double-checking before ordering a product.

Usually, packages are generally delivered anytime Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. However, in unexpected circumstances, such as severe weather conditions, you may face a delay in your order.

Once we receive your request, our sales team will work with the manufacturer or supplying partner to find your discounted price. In most cases, quotes are replied to within 3 business days. If you are needing it sooner, please make that note at the time of request and we will do everything possible to get it sent back to you faster.

Lastly, the completed quote will be emailed to you (please check your junk inbox if you do not receive it within a couple of days after your request). The quote will be valid for a specified time frame listed on the quote.
